FREE / LOW COST IMMIGRATION AND ASYLUM ADVICE CHARITY

Community Integration and Advocacy Centre (CIAC) is a registered charity which is regulated by the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA) at Level 3 (for all types of immigration applications including representation in appeals).

CIAC charges very low fees for people with a positive immigration status. The low fees we charge help to pay for the very substantial pro bono (free) applications we complete for people without a positive immigration status (asylum seekers and unauthorised migrants) and people fleeing domestic abuse. Approximately 75% of our work is pro bono.

WHO WE HELP

CIAC support emerging communities nationwide to contribute fully to life in the UK as committed and active citizens.

Emerging communities include;

other migrants.

CIAC is regulated at IAA Level 3 for immigration and asylum advice.

IMMIGRATION ADVICE

Immigration Advice – low cost ethical immigration advice to people with the right to work and claim benefits so that we can provide free advice to people without the right to work and claim benefits as a long term route out of destitution.

We are registered with IAA Level 3.

It is criminal offence for person to provide immigration advice and services in the UK unless their organisation is regulated by Office of Immigration Services Commissioner (Section 84 of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999)
